Chef news is brought to you by Kitchen Porters Club
Rosewood London has appointed Tomasz Michalski as Head Chef of Holborn Dining Room.

Michalski joins the hotel following a career spanning a number of London hospitality venues.
Most recently, he served as Head Chef at Harrods’ Georgian Restaurant, where he led the kitchen following the restaurant’s relaunch.
His previous experience includes working as part of the opening teams at FOLIE and Annabel’s Private Members’ Club.
These roles have provided experience across kitchen leadership, restaurant openings and high-volume dining operations.
At Holborn Dining Room, Michalski will lead the culinary team and oversee the kitchen’s day-to-day operations.
His appointment will also see the restaurant continue to develop its approach to British cooking, with a focus on produce, seasonality and consistency.
“I’m delighted to be joining Rosewood London and taking on the role of Head Chef at Holborn Dining Room. It’s a restaurant with a strong identity, and I’m looking forward to working with the team and building on its foundations. I’m particularly excited to champion British produce and seasonality, while bringing my own experience and perspective to the kitchen.”
Under Michalski’s leadership, Holborn Dining Room will continue to develop its culinary offer while retaining its established identity within Rosewood London.
