AlphaMind Expands Portfolio to 26 Venues Following 15 Openings Since 2025

AlphaMind has expanded its portfolio to 26 venues across 18 brands, nine cities and six countries following 15 openings since the start of 2025.

AlphaMind hospitality expansion

The lifestyle hospitality group, whose portfolio includes KIRA, CLAP and Bar du Port, said its venues have served more than one million guests during the past 12 months.

AlphaMind opened 11 venues during 2025 and a further four during 2026 to date, with five additional openings scheduled before the end of the year.

Its development pipeline also extends into 2027 and beyond.

Tony Habre, Founder and CEO of AlphaMind said: “Even as the industry navigated a complex landscape this year, our belief in the strength of the region never wavered. Hospitality is about giving people somewhere to come together, and we discovered that mattered more than ever this year. So we chose to trust our instincts, our concepts and our agile, resilient team – and decided to go ahead with our openings this year as planned. We kept building with quality, differentiation and operational excellence in mind as people increasingly prioritise memorable experiences that make them feel part of a community.”

AlphaMind was established in February 2024 as a joint venture between ADMO Lifestyle Holding and Addmind Hospitality.

Its portfolio spans restaurants, cafés, beach clubs and nightlife concepts across markets including the UAE, Lebanon, Egypt and Spain.

Since its formation, the group has developed concepts including KIRA, LITT, Son of a Fish and Sutēki.

It has also expanded existing brands through concepts including CLAP HOUSE in Ibiza, Café du Port, Café KIRA and CLAP KA-FE.

Dubai Harbour has become one of the main locations within AlphaMind’s portfolio through the development of Harbour House.

The destination currently brings together five AlphaMind concepts, with three having opened during spring 2026.

Iris Harbour opened in April as a rooftop lounge combining food, drinks and late-night music, while Café du Port launched during the same month as the daytime format of Bar du Port.

Wagyu-focused restaurant Sutēki followed in May.

The three venues joined Bar du Port, which opened at Dubai Harbour in 2022, and Greek restaurant Son of a Fish, which opened in 2025.

A further flagship nightlife venue is planned to open at the destination before the end of 2026.

“We have a fantastic, collaborative partnership with our landlord Shamal Holding whose vision for Dubai Harbour made this destination possible. The concepts at Harbour House are homegrown, created in-house by AlphaMind – designed as a social playground to capture morning-to-late-night footfall, they attract both residents and global visitors,” Habre added. “What ties them together is a feeling more than a format. People don’t go out just to eat – they want to feel like they’ve travelled somewhere for the night.”

The group is also expanding a number of its brands beyond the UAE.

Bar du Port and Bar du Port Beach, which began in Lebanon, now operate across the UAE, Egypt and Qatar, while Café du Port is open in Dubai and is scheduled to launch in Abu Dhabi later this year.

CLAP has expanded beyond Dubai and Beirut with CLAP HOUSE in Ibiza and CLAP KA-FE in London.

KIRA, which opened at Marsa Al Arab in 2025, will also add the daytime Café KIRA concept at HUNA on Al Wasl Road in Jumeirah this November.

“The UAE and GCC are among the most dynamic hospitality markets. For years, the region imported hospitality concepts, now it leads the development,” Habre noted. “We are now producing world-class concepts that the rest of the globe wants to import.”

AlphaMind has also made a number of culinary and beverage appointments across its portfolio.

Chef Reif Othman has joined CLAP as Chef Partner, while Pablo Fernandez has been appointed at Iris Harbour.

Shiv Menon has become Head of Wines across the portfolio.

In May, AlphaMind introduced Mindset by AlphaMind, a loyalty platform allowing customers to earn cashback and points across its venues.

“Growing a hospitality business isn’t just a real estate exercise,” Habre concluded “it’s about human connection that makes guests keep coming back for more. It’s a team that shows up with the same energy and dedication every day. That’s the heart of our story – and it’s what turns a site into a true hospitality brand and gives us confidence as we continue to scale AlphaMind.”
