The Doxford Group has announced the promotion of Mark Gubbins from Finance Director to Managing Director.
The appointment marks an important milestone in the continued growth and development of the business, as the group strengthens its leadership structure and focuses on long-term success.
Since joining The Doxford Group, Mark has played a key role in strengthening the organisation’s financial performance, supporting strategic investment and helping to guide the business through a period of significant development.
His leadership, commercial acumen and commitment to excellence have made him a trusted member of the senior leadership team.
In his new role as Managing Director, Mark will take responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day operations of The Doxford Group, working closely with the leadership team to drive continued growth across the group’s hospitality, leisure and property interests.
