SushiDog is set to open at The Broadway, the landmark mixed-use development in St James’s Park.

The new 1,138 sq ft restaurant is due to open in September and will seat up to 28 guests.
It will become SushiDog’s second-largest site after its flagship on Warren Street.
The signing is the latest in a series of retail lettings at The Broadway, strengthening the development’s food and beverage offer and building on recent leasing momentum.
Designed by Squire & Partners, The Broadway occupies the historic site once home to New Scotland Yard.
The one million sq ft development is set across six towers and comprises 116,000 sq ft of premium office space and 24,000 sq ft of curated retail and dining at street level, alongside 258 homes.
The addition of SushiDog further enhances the tenant mix at The Broadway, where 13 of the 14 retail units are now leased.
This represents 82% of the total retail and dining area.
The development’s office space is also now 85% let.
Led by Valouran as Asset Manager, The Broadway is positioning itself as a dynamic new urban destination in central London.
SushiDog’s arrival adds to a food and beverage line-up that includes GAIL’s, atis, Farmer J, Coyo Taco, Açaí Berry and Nostos Coffee.
Together, the operators are shaping a new destination around a landscaped, pedestrianised thoroughfare in the heart of St James’s Park.
Founded by Greg Ilsen and Nick Goldstein in 2018, SushiDog pioneered the UK’s first build-your-own sushi concept.
The brand offers a grab-and-go sushi experience, with made-to-order SushiDogs, sushi rolls, bowls and salads prepared in front of customers.
Its food is designed to be enjoyed on the go or in contemporary restaurant settings.
Since launch, SushiDog has opened 16 additional sites across central London and Birmingham.
Alex Michelin, Co-Founder and CEO of Valouran, said: “SushiDog is a fantastic addition to The Broadway’s line-up of retail and dining brands and the first Japanese concept to join the development.
“As one of London’s fastest-growing food brands, we’re excited to see SushiDog open its doors this September, further enhancing the culinary offering for our residents and the wider St James’s Park community.
“This latest letting reflects the strong momentum we continue to see at The Broadway, following the recent openings of atis and GAIL’s.”
Greg Ilsen, Co-Founder of SushiDog, added: “We’re delighted to be opening at The Broadway this September.
“As our second-largest restaurant to date, it marks another important milestone in SushiDog’s growth across London.
“The Broadway’s St James’s Park location, together with its evolving retail and dining offer, made it the ideal home for the next opening.
“We can’t wait to welcome guests through the doors.”
The letting was brokered by CBRE, which is also handling the leasing of the remaining retail units at the scheme.
