Bistro Cocotte will open in Kingly Court, Soho, in late 2026.

The modern French bistro and wine bar is a new concept from founder Romain Bourrillon and the team behind Cocotte.
The restaurant will sit as a destination in its own right, centred on produce-led, generous cooking.
The menu will be gourmand without feeling heavy, pairing simple, ingredient-led dishes with lighter, contemporary interpretations of French classics.
Alongside the food, Bistro Cocotte will offer a curated wine programme centred on Burgundy.
Natural and biodynamic producers will sit at the core of the list, designed for guests who care as much about what is in the glass as what is on the plate.
Open seven days a week for lunch and dinner, Bistro Cocotte will offer a prix fixe lunch served within 45 minutes, tailored to Soho’s working crowd.
Evenings will be designed for slower dining, with a menu and atmosphere intended to encourage guests to settle in and stay awhile.
Romain Bourrillon said: “Bistro Cocotte is not another Cocotte.
“After ten years, this is a new chapter, a bistro built from scratch around product, wine and hospitality, in the middle of Soho.
“We want people to talk about it for one reason, because the food is that good.”
Emma Matus, Head of Restaurant Leasing, said: “We’re really excited to welcome Bistro Cocotte to Kingly Court, where its distinctive concept and strong brand identity will complement the destination’s established mix of food and beverage operators.
“The addition further strengthens Kingly Court’s appeal as a leading dining destination in Soho, providing visitors with an even broader range of experiences to enjoy.”
Ten years after opening the first Cocotte in Notting Hill, Bourrillon will launch Bistro Cocotte as the flagship of Maisons Vivantes.
Maisons Vivantes is a collective of chef-led concepts, of which Cocotte remains the founding brand.
