Providence Hotels has secured the lease acquisition of Hiding Space in Bath, further strengthening its presence in one of the country’s most popular tourist destinations.
The acquisition also expands the company’s portfolio of high-quality accommodation, adding stylish hotel apartments in the heart of the city.
Providence Hotels said the deal marks another significant milestone in its continued growth strategy, following a series of successful property acquisitions over the past 12 months.
The company remains focused on managing quality hotel properties across the UK, offering guests a consistent standard of comfort, service and quality.
Hiding Space is a collection of stylish hotel apartments in central Bath.
Guests are within easy reach of major attractions including the Roman Baths, Thermae Bath Spa and Bath Abbey, as well as the city’s shopping district, home to one of the UK’s favourite Christmas markets.
Designed to offer a home-from-home experience, each one-bedroom apartment sleeps between two and four people.
The apartments feature spacious living, dining and sleeping areas, alongside fully equipped kitchens and en-suite bathrooms.
Premium touches include Faith In Nature toiletries, Nespresso coffee machines, complimentary milk and water, and Saint Aymes chocolates.
