Hg Announces Second London Restaurant as UK Expansion Continues

June 26, 2026

Hg has announced plans to open its second London restaurant in Victoria this October, marking another milestone in the Mediterranean-inspired brand’s growing UK expansion.

Hg Announces Second London Restaurant as UK Expansion Continues

Following the successful launch of its first UK site in Soho, the new restaurant will open on Buckingham Palace Road, just moments from Victoria Station, one of London’s busiest transport hubs.

Spanning 6,350 sq ft across its dining room and terrace, the Victoria restaurant will accommodate up to 200 guests and has been designed to serve commuters, office workers and local residents with breakfast, lunch and dinner throughout the day.

The opening builds on the positive reception to Hg’s Soho restaurant, where the brand introduced its chef-led fast-casual concept centred on Mediterranean cooking, open-fire techniques and responsibly sourced ingredients. Founded on the principle that healthy eating should be both accessible and affordable, Hg has quickly established itself as a distinctive addition to London’s competitive dining market.

Originally founded in Spain in 2017, Hg has expanded rapidly to 41 restaurants across Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia, Lisbon, Cascais and Porto, with Alicante set to become its next destination. The company is also preparing to open its first Paris restaurant in La Défense as its international growth continues.

The brand has built its reputation by combining restaurant-quality cooking with speed and convenience. Every dish is prepared fresh daily using minimally processed ingredients, olive oil, fresh herbs, quality proteins and seasonal vegetables, with no refined sugars, additives or preservatives.

The Victoria opening forms part of Hg’s wider long-term strategy for London, with further locations already under consideration as the business looks to establish itself as a significant player in the UK’s evolving fast-casual dining sector.
