By Denis Sheehan FIH: Expanded Institute of Hospitality golf day sells out months ahead of schedule.
The Institute of Hospitality has announced their 2024 golf day taking place at The Belfry is now officially fully booked.
Robert Richardson FIH MI, CEO of the IoH told us: “We anticipated high levels of demand following the success of previous years and as such expanded the event. Even though we were confident and positive of our decision, we are nonetheless delighted to meet the increased demand from the industry to join us and take part in the day earlier than projected.
“I would like to thank all the sponsors, our event partner Meiko UK, our buggy and halfway house sponsor Two Services, our service sponsor Softbank Robotics, our nearest the pin sponsor Bankbrokers UK, and our longest drive sponsor Housekeeping Today.
“I very much look forward to the day in May, and welcoming so many teams from across every sector of our industry to The Belfry.
“I also look forward to the auction after dinner where our MC, Peter Hancock will host raising funds for our Youth Council.”
There are still some seats available for the dinner, golf awards, and auction in the evening. Dinner is a sumptuous occasion with three exquisite courses delivered by The Belfry’s Executive Chef, Robert Bates, and his talented brigade. The event takes place at The Belfry on Thursday 9th May 2024. Dinner is available at a cost per person of £85 + VAT per person. If you would like to book one or more dinner places, please send an email to Angela Green at event organisers H&C News on agreen@handcnews.com
