By Angela Green: The Barley Mow introduces The Mayfair Breakfast.
The Barley Mow in Mayfair will launch a new breakfast service from 28 February 2024. Showcasing many of the key suppliers favoured by Cubitt House Chef Director Ben Tish and the pub’s Head Chef Chris Fordham Smith, the menu will mix classic breakfast dishes and a few hearty house specialities.
The chefs and General Manager George Dean love a good breakfast, and have listened to their regulars who also enjoy a hearty start to a business or weekend day.
“I’m super-excited about The Barley Mow breakfast”, enthused Ben Tish. “Chris, George and the team have been working away in the background developing a delicious menu with some refined classics and lots of exciting new dishes that are perfect for our Mayfair crowd – our aim is to make it fun, accessible and relaxed.”
Highlights of the breakfast menu are:
- Oysters Bloody Mary
