How to book your commercial cleaning and maintenance works with TWO Services
Unlike most of our competitors, TWO Services offers BOTH cleaning and maintenance solutions for commercial kitchens and venues with communal areas.
Having decades of combined expertise in both disciplines means we are usually the most effective and cost-efficient choice for customers who would prefer working with a firm that can deliver everything they need from under one roof.
But what can you expect when you enquire with us? And how does our booking process work? We reveal all below.
How our quoting process works
Whether you’ve responded to one of our ads, found us via our website, or been referred to us by one of your own contacts, you’ll aways be put straight in touch with our dedicated Essex-based sales team.
One of our Sales Coordinators will speak with you to arrange a suitable time and date for your free, no-obligation site visit, during which one of our sales executives will carry out a full assessment of your premises and share their thoughts and recommendations for the job. If you’re in the South, you’ll meet one of our Sales Managers at your building; if you’re located in the North, you’ll be introduced to the General Manager of our North division. During the appointment, you’ll have the chance to pick our brains and ask us all your burning questions.
Your sales representative will draft up their recommendations and send them back to our head office so they can be checked and filed. Your quote will be entered into our system, and we’ll be in contact with a full breakdown of how much your cleaning or maintenance works are going to cost, plus any further guidance on what needs to be done to get your site back to its best!
The quote will include an official Service Schedule, along with a copy of our terms and conditions, so you have all the information you need to make the right decision.
If you haven’t got back to us with permission to proceed within 7 days, we’ll drop you a gentle reminder and check in with you to see if you have any questions or concerns at this stage.
If it’s a clean…
When you decide to go ahead with your clean, we’ll provide you with the appropriate risk assessments, method statements and COSHH statements to support your works.
Most of the time, we’ll be able to use our standard templates to complete these. However, if your job requires a bespoke approach, one of our Health and Safety Advisors or Directors will tailor your assessments and statements according to your requirements. We will also supply you with a contract, if required.
Once your clean has been completed, you will receive a certificate for your own records.
If it’s a maintenance issue…
The same process applies, but you will need to send us a signed copy of the contract for our records.
If you need us to source and supply new equipment…
Your request will go straight to our Contracts Manager, who will use the information you have provided to find a suitable piece of equipment or a specific item. We will then provide you with a quote from one of our trusted suppliers.
In each case, you will be invoiced for your works as per our terms and conditions.
