We are incredibly proud to announce that we have received a prestigious 4-Star accreditation and a Rosette for our Dining from the AA for the very first time. This recognition is a testament to the unwavering commitment of our staff and our constant drive to achieve excellence and our dedication to provide high-quality services, facilities and hospitality to all our valued guests.
As an independent family owned hotel since 1990 and previously holding a 3 star accreditation, it was the decision of the hotel owners and management team during the difficult post pandemic times to invest and drive the business forwards resulting in this amazing achievement and the receipt of our award.
The 4-Star Accreditation from the AA signifies that we have met rigorous standards and demonstrated outstanding performance in various key areas, including:

Mike Wood FIH, General Manager has been at the hotel for 11 years and as General Manager since 2015 and quotes “This is a reward for the team and hotel future” and praises every member of staff who have shared his vision to achieve this accreditation to be proud of the official status of their employment and the business position within the industry and local tourism. We will be opening champagne very soon and congratulating all staff for their commitment to work together as a family here as they run the hotel and I just make decisions!
