Monday 9 October will see four of the North’s most talented chefs join forces to cook up a culinary storm in aid of industry charity Hospitality Action.
The award-winning culinary line-up comprises: Tim Allen of 1 Michelin star sō-lō, Aughton; Danielle Heron of Osma, Prestwich; Stosie Madi of Gastropub of the Year Parkers Arms, Ribble Valley and James Mackenzie of 1 Michelin Star Pipe and Glass, Beverley.
The evening will take place within grade II listed Kimpton Clocktower, central Manchester.
Guests will be treated to a canapé and drinks reception and a dazzling four-course meal with wine throughout whilst hearing first-hand from the chefs during the lively Q&A.
All diners will also have the chance to join the prize draw and fundraising auctions to get their hands on exclusive experiences and overnight stays.
Between the gourmet highs, Hospitality Action will bring to life the crucial work they do day in, day out, to support hospitality people in crisis.
James Mackenzie, Chef and Owner of the Pipe and Glass said: “I’m very proud to be associated with Hospitality Action, the work they do to support people in hospitality struggling with various personal challenges throughout the UK is important.
“The money we raise at this guest chef dinner will go towards easing the financial burden for many families who are currently stretched to the limit.”
Mark Lewis, CEO, Hospitality Action said: “We are grateful to Tim, Danielle, Stosie and James, who will deliver an amazing menu that demonstrates their incredible talents and showcases the best of Northern Hospitality. All proceeds from the evening will help Hospitality Action provide grants to families in the grip of poverty and struggling in the face of the cost-of-living crisis.”
Tickets for the Chefs’ Dinner at Kimpton Clocktower, Manchester cost £135 per person and £1,300 for a table of ten and can be purchased here.
