God’s Garden partners with British Afghan smokehouse Cue Point

February 2, 2023

By Majella Taylor, New Openings Editor, H&C News: God’s Garden partners with British Afghan smokehouse Cue Point.

God’s Garden located in Marylebone has announced a new partnership with British Afghan smokehouse Cue Point, launching on Wednesday 8th February 2023, with 20% off for the first week.

Cue Point’s signature style is to combine British classics and infuse them with Afghan flavours using global BBQ methodologies. Guests at God’s Garden will now be able to enjoy its menu of smoked meats and vegan BBQ dishes.

The food offering will include the likes of a whole rack of oak smoked lamb ribs served with Afghan Chutney, soured yoghurt, and pickles, a brisket, smoked aubergine or chicken ‘naco’ (naan taco), a smashed beef burger, or a deep-fried root veg burger that’s perfect for veggies and vegans. Sides include French fries served with smoked aioli, 3-cheese Mac and Cheese and sweetcorn ribs with a Cue Point house rub.

A special Sunday Roast menu will launch on Sunday 12th February, with an abundance of smoked meats, crispy potatoes, and charcoal grilled vegetables, served alongside traditional trimmings such as Yorkshire puddings, caramelised leek, cabbage, jalapeno jam and flavoursome gravy.

As an inclusive company, Cue Point attempts to meet halal, permissible, vegan and gluten-free diets wherever it can.

God’s Garden is open every Wednesday to Friday from 5pm, making it the perfect location for grabbing a drink and bite to eat after work.

The unique venue also opens on the weekends, from 12pm-12am on Saturdays and from 12pm-8pm on Sundays.

Cocktail connoisseurs Soul Shakers provide delicious tipples at the main bar, and the Moët Hennessy bar serves signature cocktails and house shots. A Cloudy Bay wine trolley and further activations on the main bar from brands including Monkey 47 gin also add to this unique offering.

For those looking for something different in the capital to see them through the winter months into Spring, God’s Garden offers an array of creative events and activities ideal for large groups and partygoers. Highlights include the Saturday Après Ski Brunch Parties sponsored by Absolut Elyx & Moët, Sunday Feast & Live Music in the Gardens with Cue Point’s special Sunday Roast and a Carnaval Do Brazil party event taking place on Saturday 18th February.

Centrally located within the breath-taking grounds of One Marylebone Church, God’s Garden was introduced to the London scene last year and promises guests a hidden oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of the city.

This cosy heated hideout filled with beautiful plants and foliage combines high quality food and drink with live and experiential entertainment, making it the ultimate spot to unwind after work and indulge on the weekend.
