St John’s Wood Indian restaurant Ritu has announced a new general manager, Ragbir Sinha.
In 2014, Sinha joined Quilon, the Michelin Star restaurant in Central London and part of the Taj Group. He pursued a managerial role at Quilon for over eight years and experienced different hotels and cuisines during his time there.
In his new role, Sinha’s philosophy is to focus on full customer satisfaction, business expectations and the overall success of the restaurant by delivering high standards of service.
He commented on his latest appointment saying: “Joining the Ritu team marks a significant milestone in my career. I’m truly looking forward to working with the team to provide excellent service and prioritise client satisfaction.”
Sinha will continue to uphold the values of Ritu and ensure customers enjoy exquisite and authentic Indian cuisine in a beautiful venue, served with heart from people that truly love and understand Indian food.

During his studies, Ragbir worked in the hospitality industry part-time with a large focus around Indian restaurants. After completing his degree, Ragbir joined a chartered accountancy firm in Canary Wharf as an account assistant for TD&A, before landing his role at Quilon and later, Ritu.
