KQF’s New Premium Sliced Meats Range launched and available now
KQF, the British manufacturer of halal convenience foods, has announced the launch of its new Premium Sliced Meats range.
It comprises deli-style slices of ready-cooked beef, chicken and lamb in nine flavours.
The products include silverside beef pastrami, chicken pastrami and silverside salt beef, together with chicken shawarma, chicken paprika and lightly cured chicken breast.
The new range also includes gently smoked macon in chicken, lamb or beef. The strips all use whole-muscle cuts that produce a streaky, marbled appearance.
Sold chilled, all the products are available in net weights of 100g and feature newly designed packaging.
The range updates and replaces KQF’s original range of chilled cooked meats, which has been sold by British retailers, wholesalers and caterers for many years.
“The new Premium range features new products and improved flavour profiles,” explains KQF Managing Director, Faruk Vali. “The products have all been shaped by feedback from retailers and consumers, and they tap in to what we see as developing trends in terms of flavours and customer convenience.
“The new range has been made possible by significant recent investments in our chilled meats production facility. Our new plant gives us enhanced quality controls and greatly improved capacity.”
