Adam Handling’s flagship London bar, Eve Bar, announces the appointment of Marco Grisafi as Bar Manager. Grisafi, who was previously Head Bartender, will now oversee the development of Eve Bar’s boundary-pushing drinks menu.
The new menu features innovative cocktails, inspired by the kitchen upstairs at Frog by Adam Handling. Utilising ingredients that would otherwise go to waste, the team have created refined, yet unexpected, cocktails that complete their liquid kitchen.Marco Grisafi, Bar Manager, Eve Bar
On his appointment, Grisafi said: “I’m honoured to take on this new role and I can’t wait to get started on achieving the ambitious goals we have for Eve Bar. Thank you to all the people who work alongside me, I am very proud to be part of this incredible team.”
Coming from a small town from the north of Venice, Italy, Grisafi started working in hospitality as a teenager. At 25, Grisafi moved into bartending full time, working at a variety of bars across Italy. In his early 30’s, he moved to Lignano Sabbiadoro in North East Italy, where he met his mentor who taught him the foundations of his cocktail knowledge.
In 2019, Marco moved to London to pursue his dream of working in one of the world’s leading cities in bartending. At the end of 2019, Marco started working for Adam Handling’s flagship bar, Eve Bar in Covent Garden, where he’s been able to develop and excel in his passion.
