For a fixed monthly fee, the new Rational Service Packages offer users additional services to ensure a high level of operational reliability and as such significant cost savings.
What has long been the norm in cars is often a point for savings in the hospitality industry – regular appliance servicing. Like the brake pads become worn with continuous use of the car, the gaskets or the air filters in a combi-oven also need to be inspected and replaced where necessary. Preventive appliance maintenance helps you get the most of the units and extend their lifetime.
In that respect, Rational would like to support its customers even better and is therefore offering a new range of services, the Rational Service Packages. For a fixed monthly fee, the customer is entitled to all the services of the selected package. There are three different packages on offer to suit various requirements. The more hours the cooking unit is in use, the higher the maintenance requirement is and as such also the integrated services in the package. The premium package also includes the replacement of parts subject to heavy wear and repairs, and includes a Service Hotline available 24/7. Over 1,000 certified Service Partners work for Rational around the world and not only provide comprehensive support on site, but also advise customers on which Service Package is the right one for their establishment. “Our Service Partners are highly trained, regularly audited and very familiar with the servicing process,” explains Hans-Werner Albrecht, Managing Director of Rational Technical Services GmbH.
