Unique Hospitality Management who operate ten dog-friendly pubs across the UK, have donated a tail-wagging £6,000 to Dogs Trust, the UK’s largest dog welfare charity, following their Christmas gift voucher campaign.
In the run up to Christmas customers received a £15 gift voucher to use towards a meal in January or February in any of our pubs and for every voucher redeemed a £5 donation was made to Dogs Trust.
The money raised will go towards toys for stray and abandoned dogs whilst they wait to meet their new families. Dogs Trust cares for over 15,000 dogs each year through its network of 21 rehoming centres in the UK and Ireland.
Andrew Coath, Managing Director at Unique Hospitality Management says: “Our pubs are all dog friendly and this year we wanted to go one step further by supporting the great work of Dogs Trust during what is a key and very busy time of year for them.”
He adds: “Our pubs not only offer a warm welcome to our guests but also to their canine friends with free treats and water bowls in our bars. We have been extremely proud to have raised £6,000 for Dogs Trust with the support of our fantastic customers and teams.”
