On Monday 10th April, Michelin Bib Gourmand winner Foley’s launched their new and exciting Breakfast and Brunch menu, where dazzling flavours of the middle east and Asia come together to form a uniquely crafted menu to suit all taste-buds. This is the first of three menus – Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, that Foley’s will be rolling out over a six-week period.
Drawing together the best of Foley’s Middle East and Asian inspired dishes, the thoughtful and creatively constructed breakfast and brunch menu includes Mitz’s new ‘Rolls & Bowls’ menu – a concise and carefully formed menu consisting of two main sections, Mitz’s Paratha Rolls and Egg Bowls.
Paratha Rolls originating from India are flatbreads thinner than a naan and a little thicker than a roti. Each Paratha, made in-house and baked fresh every day is accompanied by a fried egg and wrapped around fillings of your choice, some of which include delicious Lamb Merguez and bacon, Smoked Salmon and cream cheese or avocado.
The Egg Bowls consist of two perfectly poached eggs, then a choice of freshly baked sourdough or focaccia and fennel butter. Keep it vegetarian by adding a selection including the flavoursome Shakshuka Peppers, Mushrooms, smashed Avocado and truffle. Or choose to make it more substantial by adding Smoked Salmon or for those who want to go all the way add Lamb Merguez to create that full-on Foley’s experience.
For something lighter, the choice of Yogurt and Granola or an assortment of pastries from the bakery. The bottomless Filter Coffee or a range of heritage style herbal teas accompany your breakfast perfectly. If you prefer something cold and refreshing, a range of fresh cold press juices can quench your thirst.
The Foley’s Breakfast and Brunch menu, which is available Monday – Saturday, 8am – 12pm, is a diverse approach to a typical creation from Mitz Vora, the breakthrough talent on the London restaurant scene. Since Foley’s launch back in July, the Mumbai-born chef has created this wonderful new menu which partners the already well-established lunch, dinner and Off Menu.
