Amaris Hospitality, the leading hotel investment and hospitality group, is delighted to announce that Peter Stack will take up the role of Managing Director for Amaris Asset Management.
Peter is currently Head of Asset Management for Amaris Hospitality where he has focused on the management of the Group’s Accor portfolio, including the re-branding of 11 hotels to the Mercure brand. His new title reflects the leading role he has played in helping drive growth and superior performance across the Accor portfolio, as well as his continued support in shaping the future direction of the Group.
Peter previously held a Regional Operations Manager role for Jurys Inn in various regions such as UK North, where he was responsible for 15 hotels and more recently in London, where he was responsible, amongst other things, the re-branding of Jurys Chelsea and Jurys Islington hotels to Hilton Doubletree, and for Jurys Heathrow to Hilton Garden Inn.
A graduate from the Shannon Collage of Hotel Management in ’95, Peter completed an Executive Masters in Hospitality and Tourism Leadership, led by Strathclyde Business School in 2014 and in 2016 completed the Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management program with Cornell University.
Amaris Hospitality is a leading hotel investment and hospitality group established by Lone Star in July 2015 to bring together a unique collection of hotel properties, from four separate portfolios acquired by Lone Star over the last two years.
