Mike Reid, executive chef of award-winning, groundbreaking gastronomic emporiums, M, is to appear as guest chef on Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch on 13th November.
During the show Mike will be cooking Wagyu sirloin with parsnip purée & burnt onions and talking to co-host Simon Rimmer about an extraordinary career that has seen him work at some of the world’s most iconic fine dining restaurants.
Taking up the role of executive chef at Martin Williams’ M restaurants in 2015, Mike was responsible for bringing the world’s highest grade of Kobe beef to London at M Threadneedle St. Both Threadneedle St and its sibling Victoria St are now acknowledged as being among the finest steak restaurants in the UK.
Mike is currently working with Williams on the launch of M SOCIAL, an exciting new micro-version of the M concept that will launch its first restaurant in Twickenham in 2017.
