Luxury serviced apartment specialist Cheval Residences is delighted to announce that Cheval Partnership Sales has received the Association of Serviced Apartment Provider’s (ASAP) Agent Accreditation.
Cheval Partnership Sales aims to provide a one-stop-shop for all clients whether they wish to use a Cheval residence or a partnership property. Harnessing the strength, knowledge and experience of Cheval’s corporate sales team, Cheval Partnership Sales provides clients with more flexibility and choice for all of their accommodation needs. With over 15,000 partner residences, Cheval Partnership Sales can provide accommodation in all major cities worldwide.
ASAP agent accreditation involves understanding specific processes including a robust health and safety framework, anti-bribery policy, clear commission processing protocol and appropriate insurance cover. Each agent is expected to differentiate ASAP accredited operators from non-accredited operators. They must also ensure the apartment provider they represent will hold the correct insurance policies, have carried out relevant fire safety risk assessments, tests to ensure safe electrical appliances and have a robust health and safety regime.
The programme involves an independent assessor visiting an agent to conduct a thorough business analysis to fully understand compliance, due diligence and duty of care practises and responsibilities.
Selina Wakeling, head of sales at Cheval Partnership Sales, comments: “We are delighted to have been awarded the ‘ASAP Quality Accredited Agent’ marque. The quality accreditation scheme is the first of its kind for agents, and we are thrilled to have received the seal of approval. This accreditation will provide us the opportunity of establishing Cheval Partnership Sales as a developing brand within the hospitality industry within the UK and internationally, supported by a strong team of exceptional industry specialists.
The Association of Serviced Apartment Providers is the not-for-profit trade body dedicated exclusively to the serviced apartment industry. ASAP’s 131 members own and operate approximately 100,000 serviced apartments globally and, founded in 2002, members range from large international companies to small independent operators.
