
Dalloway Terrace is delighted to announce the appointment of extremely talented Peter Del Campo, who will be bringing with him over 10 years’ of experience in the industry to his new position as Head Chef this month.
Del Campo, previously of Gilgamesh Restaurant and Blakes Hotel, will be overseeing the day-to-day running of the restaurant and adding his own creative touch to the menu.
Dalloway Terrace offers the ideal spot for a light breakfast, bottomless brunch, small plates, afternoon tea or the all-day dining menu. Breakfast favourites feature the Kent spinach salad, soft poached eggs, piquillo peppers & toasted pine nuts and Buttermilk pancakes, blueberries & lemon curd. Also available on the All Day Dining Menu are culinary delights such as: Dorset crab on toasted Guinness bread, egg, watercress & apple; Hand-dived seared scallops with spinach, chanterelles & teriyaki dressing and Grilled organic sea bass, coriander, dill & lemon butter sauce.
Pete Del Campo began his career in 2005, working at one of Knightsbridge’s top dining destinations, Pengelley’s Restaurant. Following this position he continued to develop his culinary skills and joined the team at the award-winning and critically acclaimed, Gilgamesh. In 2008 Del Campo secured the position of Head Chef at the 5 star Blakes Hotel, where his passion for hotel and travel began.
