The Balmoral, Edinburgh’s iconic Rocco Forte Hotel, which is now collaborating with record-breaking adventurer and endurance cyclist Mark Beaumont, to create an innovative and delicious Rocco Forte Nourish menu for its guests.
Rocco Forte Nourish, one element of Rocco Forte Hotels’ newly launched all-encompassing wellness offering, inspires healthy routines and encourages guests to keep wellbeing front of mind while travelling.
Mark Beaumont has worked with The Balmoral to create a nutritious menu to ensure that guests can enjoy dishes which are suitable for nourishing and fuelling the body. An ultra-endurance athlete, Mark has cycled around the world and rowed the Arctic. In 2015 he completed his Africa Solo expedition, setting a new world record after cycling from Cairo to Cape Town in only 41 days 10 hours. Mark considers nutrition as one of the most important elements of his training.
