Jamboree is a first illustration of the new AccorHotels Food & Beverage strategy which is currently being completely reinvented. It offers a culinary journey that’s surprising, trendy and celebrates flavours from around the world.
This restaurant was launched in Novotel London Blackfriars in October 2015. It draws its inspiration from world cuisines and will surprise many a guest. The menu features starters and main dishes with an international flavour and five globally-themed burgers, each paired with a signature cocktail and a craft beer from the same region.
This is a key initiative for the Group which is keen to develop its Food & Beverage expertise worldwide, as Thomas Dubaere, Managing Director AccorHotels United Kingdom and Ireland explains:
“Jamboree is a perfect illustration of our new F&B approach which allows our restaurants to hold their own with restaurant chains. Very soon we’ll have a range of solutions for all our brands, which will be easy to deploy and will therefore boost guest patronage of our restaurants.”
Diversity at the heart of the concept
The burger range includes the “Raging Bull” burger made with 100% tender Argentine beef, “The Yucatan” vegetarian option, the traditional “The Morris Major”, the “Maryland” and “The Jerk”, a Jamaican sandwich served with delicious plantain fries.
If customers are not wild about burgers, Jamboree has something for everyone with its Japanese Miso Salmon, Italian Four Cheese Tortellini and Duck Rillettes straight from France.
Jamboree welcomes customers all day long in its casual, colourful setting, and may soon offer a take-out service that can be ordered via a mobile app.
