ULG, one of London’s exciting and dynamic restaurant and bar groups, has appointed Adrian Hartley as Managing Director, as well as procuring its 10th site.
Adrian Hartley
Having served as Operations Manager at Kornicis Group, Hartley has already completed three years as Operations Director at ULG previous to his newly assigned position.
Specialising in British food that is centred around sustainability and local production, Hartley is excited to be growing alongside ULG.
With a keen interest in Craft lagers & ales, classic cocktails and Modern art, Hartley is the driving force behind ULG’s highly creative input.
10th site
Taking over La Brocca in West Hampstead, the new site is due to open in 2016 and will offer pizza and cocktails and form a welcome addition to the group’s eclectic collection of all day dining venues and cocktail bars in Central, West and North West London.
Founded and directed by Hezi Yechiel, ULG is a dynamic and energetic young company, with creativity and quality at the heart of everything they do. With impressive growth throughout the last few years, ULG now have venues open across London.
Along with the new West Hampstead site, ULG is set to open three more venues in 2015 and early 2016. The much talked-about Coin Laundry, due to launch at a prime corner site in mid-November, will bring 70s inspired cuisine and cocktails to buzzy Exmouth Market while Heist Bank, due to launch in January 2016 in Paddington, will serve wood- fired pizza, local beer and fresh flowers to locals and nearby businesses. A further proposed site in SW London will see ULG venture across the river.
Hezi Yechiel says: “ULG continues to grow from strength to strength and we are really excited about our forthcoming openings. They are all exciting and will all bring something different to London’s vibrant eating and drinking scene and we can’t wait to launch the projects, some of which have been months in the making. Watch this space!”
