BaxterStorey has appointed Patrick Brooks as General Manager for BMA House alongside new head chef Gordon McCartney to join its talented in house catering team ready for the busy autumn events season.
Patrick has over 10 years’ experience in hospitality management joining from the RSA in Fenchurch Street where he successfully managed the in house catering operation.
Gordon joins from Kudos Hospitality working at Gibson Hall in Bishopsgate, with an extensive London catering background including The Mermaid Theatre and Tower of London.
Celebrating NEMO (National Events Month October) the creative duo have embraced the street food culture by launching a new creative autumn and winter menu showcasing the best in street food dining from around the world.
From October guests at BMA House can graze from the new creative Market Stall food concepts. Moving from stall to stall guests can sample delicious hot and cold delights, which include ‘Quirky Bird’, a global chicken adventure; ‘Hound Dog’, a new breed of hotdog; and ‘The Rib-shack’, American delights including comforting macaroni cheese, leaving delegates oozing for more!
