Secret dining experience Gingerline has appointed Natasha Walsh, turning the duo of Kerry Adamson and Suz Mountford into a trio of female culinary creatives set to take the London dining scene by storm.
Natasha will lead the Chamber of Flavours kitchen team and will be responsible for concocting deliciously inventive ways to tickle the palates of Gingerline’s guests as they travel through its multi-dimensional food fest.
Originally from the U.S. Natasha started out working front of house in restaurants while pursuing a degree in marketing: This is where her passion for food really came to the fore as she became inspired watching the chefs at work.
From a marketing to a culinary career
Years after graduating and realising marketing wasn’t her true passion, Natasha made the decision to pursue a culinary career as a chef: her first job was at Nobu in San Diego. After two years working in almost every section of the kitchen she moved to San Francisco where she spent time working and training at Michelin Star restaurants around the city. After San Francisco, Natasha travelled to Australia where she cooked at the Sydney Opera House, followed by a stint as Head Chef for Deloitte transforming their food into some of the best the business had seen in years. Her most recent role was at the five star Hilton resort in Queenstown, New Zealand. Now Natasha is in London to settle, and extremely excited about her new adventure at Gingerline.
Kerry Adamson, co-founder of Gingerline commented:
“We’re fantastically excited about welcoming Natasha to our team and cannot wait to taste the amazing new menus she will design for our various events and our intrepid guests!”
