The upscale London burger restaurant, Haché has now officially opened a fifth site in Balham. The opening of the 70-cover restaurant marks the second new site for Haché in two years, after its successful Shoreditch launch in February 2013.
In honour of the Balham opening, Haché will be adding a new item to its existing menu in the form of – the ‘All Day Balham Breakfast Burger’. The burger creation will be available at all five Haché restaurants to sit alongside other innovations such as the Crispy Duck Burger and the Sunday Roast Burger.
In addition to the ‘edgy’ burgers, customers visiting the new Balham restaurant can expect to see a new interior design that’s still very much in keeping with the chic surroundings for which Haché is renowned. The Balham site brings together rustic French charm with features including chandeliers, mirrors and fairy lights to create the romantic vibe that makes each restaurant unmistakably Haché.
Founder Berry Casey comments: “The opening of our fifth site in Balham marks a significant occasion for us as we continue to expand. Haché has continued to win the hearts of both Londoners and visitors to the Capital alike for the past ten years and as the demand for a sophisticated burger experience expands, we intend to continue our plans for a rapid roll-out.”
