Acting on behalf of the Board of De Vere Group, specialist hotel property adviser Christie + Co has sold a collection of six of the finest UK golf resorts comprising award-winning conference, golf and leisure facilities.
The portfolio consists of 850 guest rooms, over 20 restaurants and bars, 8 championship golf courses and 3 nine hole courses and state-of-the-art leisure and Spa facilities.
The highly competitive off-market sales process included De Vere Resorts ownership which comprises 184 timeshare and rental lodges.
The group sale includes Cameron House (pictured above) and The Carrick on the banks of Loch Lomond in the Scottish Highlands; Slaley Hall in Northumberland, the award-winning Grade II listed Oulton Hall, Mottram Hall with its 270 acres of magnificent parkland, Belton Woods set in stunning Lincolnshire countryside and Dunston Hall, a magnificent Elizabethan-style mansion sitting on a 150-acre wooded estate.
