Middletons Steakhouse & Grill is bringing its signature steaks and grills to Colchester, Essex when it opens its new city centre restaurant on Friday 31 October 2014.
The Colchester restaurant will become the fourth restaurant for the independent chain. Following a £400K investment, the new restaurant, located in a 17th century red brick building on North Hill, will seat up to 130 people across the main dining floor and a mezzanine area, which is great for private functions.
The restaurant design will showcase contemporary and stylish decor, providing a warming atmosphere for diners who can enjoy a wide selection of mouth-watering and affordable meat or fish. Customers can even watch their food being prepared by the chefs through an open pass, providing an extra special touch.
Colchester-born Kirstie Tamblyn has been appointed the General Manager to head up the operation. Following successful stints running a number of restaurants in London & Colchester, she will become the driving force behind Middletons in Colchester.

Middletons Steakhouse & Grill Colchester is located on 19-20 North Hill, Colchester, Essex, CO1 1DZ and is now taking bookings. It is open for lunch and dinner seven days a week from 12pm – 11pm.
