If you have a good generalist H R background with excellent knowledge of UK Employment Law, good organisational development expertise, the ability to deliver results and achieve targets then this is a superb role for you.
We are looking for a confident, focused H R Manager with the ability really influence at all levels and the capability to provide a broad range of quality H R services to a Hotel offering the most amazing 5 star service
Your responsibilities will includes succession planning, performance management, coaching and supporting managers on disciplinary and grievance issues, recruitment & selection, managing a team member and giving advice on recruitment issues, action plans and change programmes, as well as pro-actively seeking ways to improve H R service and delivery. Working towards or CIPD qualified you will be a strong robust communicator with first class problem solving, analytical and problem solving skills.
Reporting to the H R Director who is also based on site at this 5 star, luxury Hotel you will build working relationships across a work force of 400 pax with a high degree of commitment and enthusiasm and have previous experience of working in a H R generalist role in a customer service environment.
This is a substantial role for a H R Manager who is ready for a move into a fast paced HR Generalist environment.
