Sustainability is tough to achieve at any time, and more so in the present economic environment. The Footprint Awards not only recognise and celebrate the achievements of companies and individuals, they also promote the vital role of sustainability in the foodservice industry, and demonstrate the many ways to make a real difference by getting involved.
And this year’s finalists promise a rich crop of outstanding achievements and accomplishments, featuring as they do a panoply of well known organisations and individuals – and perhaps just a few surprises.
A record number of entries has apparently ensured keen competition to reach the shortlist, but the judges have ruled, and the winners will be announced at a sparkling Awards Dinner on 24th May at 8 Northumberland in London’s West End.
