Clifton Food Range, manufacturers of sous vide water baths and based in Weston-super-Mare, is delighted to be working with CHEF® to run food demonstration events.
We will be running our first joint event on Wednesday 4th April in Weston-super-Mare from 1.30 pm – 4.30 pm at Weston College, BS23 2AL.
This is a free event and will be themed around the topic ‘Best of British’, a trend that CHEF® has identified as ruling globally in 2012. Events such as the Olympics and Queen’s Jubilee play a significant part in this trend, which are expected to ignite national pride and interest in all things British. Along with this, old traditional favourites will also be making a come back as people seek comfort, familiarity and emotional connection with unpretentious classic British dishes at a time when belts are being tightened and economic uncertainty is present.
Clifton Food Range and CHEF® are very pleased to invite you to join us for an afternoon exploring this very current food trend and demonstrating the latest cooking techniques.
CHEF® Development Chef, Rob Marles, will take us through a live demonstration of a seasonal recipe using locally sourced British ingredients and showcasing sous-vide techniques using the Clifton Food Range water baths.
The demonstration will be followed by a Q&A session with Rob Marles and Melvin Dickson, Managing Director of Clifton Food Range.
The afternoon will include complimentary refreshments and a goody bag for you to take away containing product samples, recipe ideas and more information on this trend.
