Crab is an increasingly popular ingredient among fine-dining restaurants, with many chefs favouring its sweet flavour and meaty texture ahead of other, more overpowering ingredients. Here, Crane serves brown crab meat with homemade gnocchi for a deliciously simple meal for four.
