Marketing Manager, 5 star hotel, central London
- Work with Director of Sales and Marketing to agree upon and follow a marketing plan.
- Ensure that the marketing expenses do not exceed the agreed budget.
- Set targets and manage performance of PR company.
- Set targets and manage performance of third party companies
- Set targets and manage performance of Marketing Researcher
- Work with designers to ensure that all collateral is consistent in maintaining the company brand identity.
- Communicate with Food and Beverage Manager to identify objectives and aims for each outlet and draw up marketing and PR plan by department.
- Communicate with Spa Manager to identify objectives and aims, and draw up PR and marketing plan.
- Ensure that hotel is correctly represented at trade shows it participates in and review the display material on at least an annual basis.
- Approve all third party use of images of hotel to include on line travel agencies, company intranets and any offers and adverts in press.
- Maintain image library
- Actively seek out and exploit opportunities with third parties.
- Ensure that all correspondence and messages sent out from the hotel are consistent and represent a 5 star hotel.
- Work with sales team to ensure that all opportunities to distribute offers are exploited.
- Using database ensure that offers are sent to customers on a regular basis and performance of these mailings is measured.
