How often when visiting a website does it not navigate or function in an intuitive and helpful fashion, too often most will say. So on that note over to our Friday Fun guest editor, Paul Imre.
Technology eh?
Those of us in our 40s and 50s grew up with the customer is king model. The customer is always right. If there are problems, sort it out and then work out the cost implications.
There is a stat isn’t there? One unhappy client will tell 8 others right? So why is it that some organisations carry out customer service murder every day? Call centres, automated phone answering systems and some websites come to mind immediately.
Take a look at this video, it’s a bit geeky but as web users most of the analogies will impact.. Oh where is the next Steve Jobs to keep things simple!
