Starting his career in teaching, Nigel Haworth lectured at Accrington and Rossendale college for 18 months. In 1984 he was offered the challenging position as Head Chef of Northcote Manor.
Nigel’s dedication to the craft of cooking has enabled the restaurant to continue to thrive with a glowing reputation. Many young men and women have trained under his watchful eye and are now themselves leaders of this vibrant profession heading up high profile kitchens all over the country and in particular London, demonstrating Nigel’s natural talent to mentor great talent.
