A great opportunity has arisen for a Learning & Development Manager to join this well established national hotel chain, reporting to the National Learning & Development Manager you will be based out of London or the northern Home Counties.
This is a newly created role and as such you will assist the hotels in establishing a skills framework and have the experience to design and deliver amazing training programmes.
In addition you will also be able to demonstrate a real, genuine passion for service delivery and have the experience of managing people, have strong influence and a departmental skills framework and coaching skills coupled with the ability to get people on board.
The experience of the design and delivery of a variety of training solutions, working with a good commercial edge and having an amazing training delivery style are essential for this really exciting role.
You must have the flexibility to travel as required throughout the UK.
This is a super role for a dedicated trainer who has the ability to influence and work across all levels of the organisation; you will be part
of a team of trainers and have experience of working in a customer service industry.
