Two new great value-for-money New Zealand wines have been added to the Society of Vintners’ portfolio. The exceptional Neptune Point Sauvignon Blanc 2010 and Pinot Noir 2010, both from Marlborough, New Zealand, come superbly presented with their own branded capsules, cartons and in screw top, in line with current market trends.
The Sauvignon Blanc rivals any other New World sauvignon blanc with its fresh, ripe flavour full of tropical taste.
The Pinot Noir has the typical bouquet of this classical grape, but the palate is surprisingly full, with good weight and lingering after tones.
A Society of Vintners spokesman said: “These two new wines are a great addition to the Society of Vintners extensive and ever-growing wine portfolio. They represent excellent value for money and will rival any good New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Noir.”
The Society of Vintners is one of the country’s leading wine buying group made up of 23 independent wholesalers who are committed to sourcing top quality wines, from reputable producers, at value for money prices.
