Do you have 8-10 years experience of generalist HR and a demonstrable track record in cultural and executive development? Are you an experienced and creative HR Manager with gravitas and a commercial edge, politically astute and passionate about what you do? Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources you will have an influential role working primarily with the leadership team and the HR teams across the business. Responsibilities will include introducing succession planning, developing a framework for executive development, embedding a performance management culture and enforcing the company’s values through performance management, recruitment and training.
You must have experience of managing organisational change. Cross divisional working, succession planning, leadership development and a commercial background, ideally within a blue chip Retail or Leisure organisation. You will be an energetic self starter with a proven ability to deliver, have the courage, drive and determination to succeed and have a concise articulate communication style building rapport with people at all levels across the business.
