The Strand Palace Hotel is one of London’s leading hotels and on Wednesday 13th April will share its successful return on investment IT strategy with other hoteliers. General Manager of the Strand Palace David MacRae and IT Manager Ben Chapman will both look at what technology investment has done for the hotel in an event hosted by EasyRMS.
Easy RMS, a leading voice in the discipline and skill of Revenue Management, believes that if more and more hotels learn about and take on board the key theoretical and real-world principles of Revenue Management, this can only benefit the industry.
