The distributors of Comenda Ware washing products, Mareno and Rosinox prime cooking equipment and Lainox Combination Ovens have selected three key items from their portfolio to demonstrate their intelligent innovation and ecological efficiency credentials. Their equipment line-up includes two items from the new ECO2 range from Comenda, the AC2a, the world’s first corner Rack Conveyor and the LC411 CRC, together with a 10 grid combi oven from the Lainox Heart range.
The Comenda Eco2 AC2A operates in just over a one metre square footprint, providing a flexible washing solution for kitchens where space is at a premium. The Eco2 LC411 CRC Hood Washer features the brands latest Steam Condenser and Heat Recovery technology, which significantly reduces energy consumption and running costs and provides a measureable improvement in working conditions. The systems condenser ensures that steam exiting the unit when the dishwasher is opened, is condensed and cooled down to an ambient temperature, providing an improved and comfortable working environment for the operator. The heat recovery system reduces energy consumption by up to 30%, by recovering the heat generated by the unit and using it to heat the cold water as it is supplied. As the CRC system has no filters the unit requires little or no maintenance.
The new Lainox Heart Combination Oven demonstrates the brands class leading credentials through its patented CalOUT Lime Scale prevention system. The systems keeps the oven in perfect working order and free from Lime Scale, reducing operational and maintenance costs by keeping performance levels at a maximum for the life of the unit.
