Acting on behalf of Robert Hewitt of Gibson Hewitt & Co, Joint Administrators of Jack Beards Limited & Swan Inns (Kent) Limited, Christie + Co is marketing the leasehold interest of five pubs formerly operated by the CCT Group.
The package of pubs comprises the Blue Anchor, the Crooked Billet, and the Holly Bush, which are all based in south east London; the Railway Bell near Brighton train station; and the Woodman in South Croydon, Surrey.
Jack Beards Limited and Swan Inns (Kent) Limited, two subsidiaries of the CCT Group comprising 32 leased and tenanted pubs, were placed in administration last week (12th July).
A third of these pubs have already been returned to landlords, whilst Gibson Hewitt & Co is currently in negotiations with a number of parties regarding the futures of the remainder.
Simon Chaplin, Director at Christie + Co, said: “Formerly run under management, these five wet-led pubs are available with low-entry costs, which will appeal to a wide range of interested parties.”
