The first ‘Brasserie Abode’ opens in the UK at ABode Manchester today, offering new dining and drinking option in Manchester.
A relaxed, all day venue, in the style of a grand European brasserie and bar, Brasserie Abode promises cool leather, polished brass and a contemporary vibe set over two floors. From bircher muesli, smoothies and pressed juices for breakfast, to Eggs Benedict for brunch, lunch and dinner options will feature tempting plats du jour including classic Coq au vin or Confit duck alongside Crustacea, oysters and steaks. There is also a Prix Fixe menu. Generosity and value will come as standard; Sunday lunch will be overflowing with trimmings, classic dishes will feature plentiful sides and every cocktail will come with something to nibble on.
Open till the small hours with resident DJs, craft beers will flow, the wine list will feature wines sourced from the best around the world, offered by the glass as well as the bottle, and mixologists will create delicious cocktails, served to guests seated in intimate booths.
The new concept, overseen by Alan Swinson, group associate director, food and beverage of Andrew Brownsword Hotels, is the first Brasserie Abode to launch in the UK. Following the launch in Manchester the concept will be expanded throughout other ABode properties, tailored to each building and local market.
