Training and Development Manager £35,000 –42,000 London
An excellent opportunity has a risen for an experienced Training and Development Manager within a luxury catering operations company in Central London.
As Training and Development Manager, reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you would be required to identify and manage the development needs of each different sector of the business, implementing and maintaining relevant procedures. You will organise, implement and manage training schemes, design and deliver training sessions and, record all training and development activities in the business.
Other responsibilities of the Training and Development Manager would include organising monthly departmental trainer meetings, producing a Training and Development calendar for all future activities, compiling an annual needs analysis of all departments as part of the business development strategy, monitoring expenditure to remain with the training budgets and assisting in compiling annual budgets.
The successful candidate will have experience in the luxury hospitality or service sector and you will be extremely driven and have a real passion for both food and training and development, you will also be able to demonstrate creativity and a thorough understanding of luxury brand standards and employer branding with the hospitality industry with the ability to communicate that across the entire teams.
