Harrah’s Resort Southern California has appointed Ryan Adams as Vice President of Resort Operations, promoting him from his previous position as Director of Food & Beverage.
In his expanded role, Adams will oversee hotel operations, culinary, retail, spa and guest experience initiatives across the Southern California resort.
The appointment follows his progression through several leadership positions at the property since joining in 2023, initially serving as Director of Restaurant Operations before becoming Director of Food & Beverage.
During his time at the resort, Adams has focused on strengthening collaboration between departments, developing service standards and supporting employee engagement.

Before joining Harrah’s Resort Southern California, Adams held leadership positions across several hospitality, gaming and entertainment businesses in the region.
His previous roles include Senior Stage Manager at Disneyland, Multi-Unit Operations Manager at Soboba Casino Resort and Director of Beverage at Pechanga Resort Casino.
His career has included responsibility for restaurant operations, beverage services, entertainment and the management of teams across large hospitality and leisure destinations.
The promotion places Adams in a wider operational leadership position, with responsibility for coordinating several departments and supporting the resort’s ongoing development.
A Southern California native, Adams brings regional hospitality experience to the role as Harrah’s Resort Southern California continues to develop its accommodation, dining, leisure and guest services offering.
