Fairmont La Hacienda Costa del Sol Launches New Villa Experiences

July 11, 2026

Fairmont La Hacienda Costa del Sol has launched a new series of villa experiences across its luxury villa portfolio for travellers seeking the privacy of their own retreat on the Costa del Sol.

The resort, which opened last year, is positioning the new experiences around the rise of “hushpitality”, as luxury travellers increasingly seek quieter, more intentional escapes focused on stillness, privacy, restoration and time with close friends and family.

Fairmont La Hacienda Costa del Sol offers 47 private villas, ranging from 600 sq m four-bedroom villas to the 2,300 sq m Nine-Bedroom Royal Villa.

The villas are designed to offer hospitality inspired by the home, giving guests familiar comforts while removing the stresses and interruptions of daily life.

Each villa features a private pool, spacious outdoor terraces, expansive views of the Andalusian coast, a fully equipped kitchen and relaxing living areas.

The design draws inspiration from a traditional Andalusian village, with whitewashed façades and charming streets creating a tranquil setting for guests seeking space, serenity, exclusivity and privacy.

For those looking to own a luxury retreat on the Costa del Sol, an exclusive collection of 31 private villas is also available for purchase through Fairmont Residences. Residents can access the benefits of a luxury hotel while enjoying the privacy of their own home.

Fairmont La Hacienda’s new villa experiences have been created to encourage relaxation, deeper connection with Andalusian culture and privacy as a defining luxury in an age of constant connectivity.

As part of the new offer, villa guests can book in-villa personal training, private yoga and Pilates sessions.

The experiences can take place inside the villa or within the villa gardens, overlooking the coastal scenery and Gibraltar Rock.

For private training sessions, the resort’s expert teams will speak with guests in advance to understand their fitness requirements and preferences. Equipment can then be brought to the villa to create a personalised in-villa gym and fitness set-up for use during the stay.

Villa guests can also experience private dining inspired by the flavours of Andalucía.

Two-Michelin-starred chef Benito Gómez, who brings an innovative approach to Andalusian cuisine to the hotel’s Michelin Guide-recommended restaurant Dalmar, has helped shape the private dining experience.

Guests can request a specially designed menu from Gómez’s team, served in the villa’s dining area or outdoors overlooking the Mediterranean and Gibraltar Rock.

The menus will draw on traditional Andalusian flavours and ingredients with a contemporary flair, creating a private dining experience in an exclusive setting.

The resort has also introduced private cinema screenings under the stars.

A luxury screening can be set up in the garden of the villa, complete with pillows, blankets, popcorn and sweets. Guests can relax in front of the screen while overlooking Gibraltar Rock and taking in the Mediterranean evening air.

The new villa experiences strengthen Fairmont La Hacienda Costa del Sol’s focus on privacy, wellbeing, cultural connection and tailored hospitality, offering guests a more personal way to experience the Andalusian coast.
