The Wolseley Hospitality Group is proud to announce it will once again collaborate with Women for Women International in celebration of International Women’s Day, offering guests a limited-edition menu of dishes and cocktails curated exclusively by female team members.

Available from Monday 2nd to Sunday 8th March, guests across The Wolseley Hospitality Group’s restaurants will be able to enjoy bespoke menu items and cocktails in honour of the business’s female chefs and bartenders.
Dishes include Anna Karolina Staniszewska’s Courgette & Lardon Quiche at Brasserie Zédel, Gaya Gayatri’s Poached Rhubarb Sabayon at Colbert, and Theodora Pantiru’s Roast Lamb Cutlets at The Wolseley. Limited-edition cocktails include the Petit Cosmo featuring Ketel One citron vodka, FAIR kumquat liqueur, cranberry juice and lime; a Peach Collins blending Tanqueray Gin, FAIR elderflower liqueur, peach purée, lemon juice, sugar and Fever-Tree soda water; and a non-alcoholic Blush Petals made with Everleaf Mountain, orgeat syrup, lemon juice and Noughty non-alcoholic sparkling rosé.
Theodora Pantiru, Junior Sous Chef at The Wolseley, comments:
“We’re delighted to once again be part of this year’s initiative supporting Women for Women International. It has been a real pleasure developing and trialling new dishes and recipes for the occasion alongside my colleagues. I’m excited for guests to try the Roast Lamb Cutlets, available for one week only.”
For every dish or cocktail sold from the limited-edition International Women’s Day menu, The Wolseley Hospitality Group will donate £1 to Women for Women International. The charity’s vital work invests where inequality is greatest by supporting female survivors of war and conflict.
