The Doxford Group has announced the opening date for a new hotel, bar and restaurant, The Tempus at Charlton Hall Estate near Alnwick, Northumberland. The hotel opens on Saturday 6th May 2023 following two years of construction.
With 15 guest bedrooms and suites, The Tempus will also be home to a ground floor bar, restaurant and orangery providing an all-day and all-night food and drink offering seven days a week.
Diners can expect traditional well-loved classics including Tempus Fish and Chips, Shepherd’s Pie and Seasonal Risotto from locally sourced produce. Championing authentic Northumberland dishes with a twist, including Lindisfarne Oysters, Lobster Thermidor, Truffle Gnocchi and Chateaubriand.
